One partner for every part of your business
Manufacturing Growth Hub is a dedicated business improvement and growth partner built specifically for the manufacturing industry. Our team brings together specialists across compliance, recruitment, leadership, sales, marketing, digital technologies and industry networking.
Most manufacturers end up juggling a different provider for each of these — a consultant here, a recruiter there, a marketing agency that doesn't understand the industry. We bring it all together under one roof, with people who understand how a factory actually runs.
From ISO and operational systems through to workforce growth, digital transformation and revenue generation, we provide practical, industry-focused support designed to strengthen every part of your business.

Systems that get used, not shelved
Plenty of manufacturers have an ISO certificate and a quality manual sitting in a drawer. We build operational systems your team actually works to — clear processes, real controls and continuous improvement that sticks.
Whether you're chasing certification, replacing spreadsheets with an ERP, or trying to lift quality and reduce rework, we bring the practical experience to make it happen without grinding production to a halt.
Where we help
- ISO 9001 and industry-specific certification
- Quality management and process control
- ERP selection and implementation support
- Compliance and document control via CompliHub
- Continuous improvement frameworks

Book a CallStop relying on word of mouth alone
Most manufacturers are excellent at the work but leave growth to chance — a good reputation, a few repeat customers and whatever comes through the door. That works until it doesn't.
We help you build a commercial engine: a clear growth plan, marketing that speaks to industrial buyers, and a CRM that follows up every lead automatically so nothing slips through the cracks.

- Growth strategy and commercial planning
- Branding and marketing built for manufacturing
- Lead generation and pipeline management
- CRM and automation via GoHighLevel

Book a CallYour business can only grow as far as your people
Skilled staff are hard to find and harder to keep, and too many manufacturing businesses run entirely off the owner's head. That caps growth and creates risk.
We help you recruit the right people, develop leaders who can take work off your plate, and put in the accountability and team development that turns a group of workers into a capable, self-managing business.
Where we help
- Recruitment for trade, technical and leadership roles
- Leadership coaching and development
- Business coaching and owner accountability
- Team structure and capability building
- Performance and accountability systems
No manufacturer should stand alone
When you're flat out you turn work away; when you're quiet you chase it. Meanwhile the shop down the road has the exact opposite problem. Connecting manufacturers solves both.
Through Connect ProjeX and our network, we help you build reliable supplier relationships, pass on or pick up overflow work, and find the partners you need to take on bigger projects with confidence.

Get certified — and end up with a quality system your team actually uses, not a folder that only comes out when the auditor visits.
Certification is a door-opener — if it's done properly
More and more manufacturers are being asked for ISO certification before they can even quote. Head contractors, government tenders, defence supply chains and larger OEMs increasingly treat ISO 9001 as a minimum requirement. Without it, you're locked out of the bigger work before the conversation starts.
But there are two ways to get certified. The first is to buy a generic template pack, copy someone else's procedures, and scramble to look compliant once a year. It technically works — until an auditor asks a question your team can't answer, or the "system" quietly falls apart because nobody actually uses it.
The second is to build a lean quality system around the way your business genuinely operates — so certification is a by-product of running well, not a paperwork exercise bolted on top. That's the approach we take, and it's why our systems keep passing audits long after the certificate is framed on the wall.
sites worldwide are certified to ISO 9001 — the most widely adopted quality management standard in the world.
Who ISO implementation is for
✓ A good fit if…
- You're losing tenders because you're not certified
- A key customer is requiring ISO to keep supplying them
- Quality is inconsistent and depends on who's on shift
- Your processes live in people's heads, not on paper
- You've tried a DIY template pack and it's a mess
✗ Probably not yet if…
- You're pre-revenue or still proving the business model
- You want a certificate on the wall with zero change
- No one internally will own the system day to day
Not sure which camp you're in? Take the 2-minute readiness check below.
How ISO-ready is your business?
Answer 8 quick questions about how your business runs today. You'll get an instant read on how close you are to ISO 9001 certification — no email required.
1. Are your key processes (quoting, production, dispatch) documented and followed consistently?
2. Do you control your documents and records — current versions, approvals, easy to find?
3. Do you capture and act on non-conformances, defects and customer complaints?
4. Do you have a corrective action process to stop the same problems recurring?
5. Do you set quality objectives and review performance against them?
6. Do you assess and manage your suppliers and subcontractors?
7. Do you run internal audits of your own processes?
8. Is there clear leadership and responsibility for quality across the business?
Your readiness score will appear here.

How we get you certified
A structured, staged process that keeps production running while we build the system around you.
Gap analysis & scope
We assess where you stand against the relevant standard, agree the scope of certification, and give you a clear, honest picture of the gap and the effort involved — no surprises later.
Process mapping
We sit with your team and map how the business actually runs — quoting, purchasing, production, dispatch, non-conformance. The system is built on reality, not a generic template.
Documentation & controls
We write the quality manual, procedures, work instructions and forms — kept as lean as the standard allows, so your team will actually use them rather than work around them.
Rollout & training
We help you embed the system on the floor and train your people so everyone understands their part. A system nobody follows fails its first audit.
Internal audit & management review
We run your first internal audit and management review with you, find and fix issues before the certification body does, and show you how to run these yourself.
Certification audit & beyond
We prepare you for the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits and are there on the day. After certification, we can keep the system live and audit-ready through CompliHub.

What certification does for your business
Win bigger work
Meet the certification requirements that unlock larger tenders, head-contractor panels and blue-chip customers.

Audits without the stress
Everything documented, current and owned internally — no annual scramble the week before the auditor arrives.
ISO implementation FAQs
How long does ISO 9001 certification take?
For most small-to-mid manufacturers it typically runs three to six months from kick-off to certification audit, depending on the size of the business, how well your current processes are documented, and how quickly your team can commit time. We give you a realistic timeline after the gap analysis rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.
Will this grind production to a halt?
No. We work around your operation, not the other way around. Most of the effort sits with us — mapping, writing and preparing documentation — with focused, scheduled input from your team. The goal is a system that makes the floor run better, not one that gets in its way.
Do we need someone internal to manage it?
Yes — ideally one person to act as your quality champion, though it doesn't have to be a full-time role. We train them so the system stays alive after we hand it over. If keeping it maintained is a concern, CompliHub does a lot of that heavy lifting for you.
What does it cost?
It depends on the standard, the scope and how much documentation already exists. We'll give you a fixed, transparent quote after the readiness call and gap analysis, so you know exactly what you're committing to. Note that the certification body's audit fee is separate and paid directly to them.
We bought a template pack and it's a mess. Can you fix it?
Often, yes. We can review what you have, keep anything usable, and rebuild the rest around how you actually work. In many cases that's faster than starting again from scratch.

Choose the right ERP and roll it out without the chaos, blown budgets and staff resistance that sink most projects.
Most ERP projects fail on the rollout, not the software
An ERP should be the single source of truth for your whole operation — quoting, job costing, purchasing, inventory, scheduling and dispatch all talking to each other. Done right, it kills double-entry, gives you real numbers on every job, and lets you scale without adding admin staff.
Done wrong, it's one of the most expensive mistakes a manufacturer can make. The usual story: a slick sales demo, a system chosen for its features rather than your workflow, a rushed go-live, and a team that quietly reverts to spreadsheets because nobody set it up around how they actually work.
We're not resellers pushing one platform. We sit on your side of the table — helping you work out what you genuinely need, choosing the right system for your business, and managing the rollout so it actually sticks.
The average large IT project runs 45% over budget and delivers 56% less value than predicted — which is why how you implement matters as much as what you buy.
Who ERP support is for
✓ A good fit if…
- You're running the business on spreadsheets and disconnected tools
- You don't know your true cost or margin per job
- You're about to buy an ERP and want it done right
- A past ERP rollout stalled or was never fully adopted
- Admin is growing faster than production
✗ Probably not yet if…
- Your processes aren't defined enough to systemise
- You want software to fix a people or process problem
- There's no internal owner to drive adoption
What's your digital maturity score?
Eight quick questions on how connected your operation is today. You'll get an instant score and a read on whether an ERP move would pay off — no email required.
1. Do your core systems (quoting, inventory, production, accounts) share data automatically, without re-keying?
2. Are your critical operational records kept in proper systems rather than scattered spreadsheets?
3. Can you see real-time production and job status across the business?
4. Do you know the true cost and margin of each job without manual number-crunching?
5. Are your routine processes automated rather than manual or paper-based?
6. Can your team access the information they need from the floor or off-site?
7. Do you have reliable dashboards and reporting to guide decisions?
8. Is your data accurate and trusted — minimal duplicates and errors?

One source of truth
No more double-entry or conflicting spreadsheets. One system your whole operation runs on.
Scale without admin
Take on more work without drowning in paperwork or hiring another office body.
ERP FAQs
Which ERP do you recommend?
Whichever genuinely fits your business — we're independent and not tied to any vendor. The right choice depends on your size, product mix, complexity and budget, which is exactly what we work out in discovery before recommending anything.
How long does an implementation take?
For most small-to-mid manufacturers, plan for somewhere between three and nine months depending on scope, data quality and how much change the business can absorb at once. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the planning stage.
Can you fix a rollout that's already gone wrong?
Often, yes. We can assess where it stalled, sort out configuration and adoption issues, and get the system delivering the value it was supposed to — usually cheaper than starting over.
Do you sell the software?
No. We're on your side of the table. That independence is the point — our advice isn't skewed by commissions or a platform we're trying to move.

Compliance shouldn't live in a filing cabinet
For most manufacturers, quality and compliance are scattered — procedures in one folder, forms in another, corrective actions in someone's inbox, and the "master" spreadsheet on a desktop only one person can find. It works until an auditor asks for evidence, a customer requests your latest certificate, or the person who held it all in their head leaves.
CompliHub pulls all of it into one place. Documents stay current and controlled, actions get assigned and tracked, and you get a live view of your operational and compliance health at any time — so audits become a non-event instead of a week-long scramble.

A clear, practical plan to grow your manufacturing business profitably — not just busier.
Busier isn't the same as better off
Plenty of manufacturers grow revenue but not profit — more work, more staff, more stress, and somehow not much more in the bank. They're working harder than ever and the numbers don't reflect it. Sound familiar?
Real growth means better margins, stronger cash flow and a business that's worth more — one that could run without you and would sell for a decent multiple if you ever wanted out. That rarely happens by accident. It comes from knowing your numbers, fixing the constraints holding you back, and executing a focused plan.
We bring an outside, commercially sharp perspective to your business — the kind most owners never get because they're too buried in the day-to-day to step back.
The average manufacturer wins only about 30% of the jobs they quote — so roughly 2 in 3 quotes never convert. Lifting your win rate is one of the fastest levers for growth.

Find the constraints
We identify the handful of bottlenecks capping your growth — whether that's pricing, capacity, sales or the way the business is run.
Build the roadmap
We create a clear, prioritised plan across pricing, margin, sales and operations — focused on impact, not a 40-page report that sits on a shelf.
Execute together
We work alongside you to put the plan into action, because strategy is worthless without execution.
Review & adjust
Regular check-ins to track progress, hold the line on the plan and adjust as the business responds.
What good growth looks like
Better margins
Price properly, drop the loss-making work and keep more of every dollar you turn over.
Stronger cash flow
A business that funds its own growth instead of constantly chasing its tail.
More valuable business
Systems and results that make the business worth more — and less dependent on you.
Growth consulting FAQs
Is this coaching or hands-on consulting?
Both, depending on what you need. We'll give you the plan and the outside perspective, and we'll roll up our sleeves to help implement it rather than leaving you with a report and a handshake.
How is this different from business coaching?
Growth consulting is focused specifically on commercial performance — pricing, margins, sales and the mechanics of profitable growth. Business coaching is broader and more about you as an owner-operator: focus, accountability and leadership. Many clients do both.
Do I need my financials in good shape first?
Not perfect, but the more visibility we have the faster we can help. If your numbers are a mess, sorting that out is often the first valuable thing we do together.
What does it cost?

Marketing that speaks to industrial buyers and actually brings in enquiries — built by people who understand manufacturing.
You're losing work you never even hear about
Manufacturing buyers do their homework before they call. They look you up, check your website, see if you look like a serious operator. A dated brand, a thin website and no visible presence quietly cost you tenders and enquiries you never knew existed — the buyer just moved on to a competitor who looked more credible.
Most marketing agencies don't get manufacturing. They'll hand you pretty graphics and social posts that mean nothing to an industrial buyer. We build marketing around how manufacturers actually win work: clear positioning, proof of capability, and a website and follow-up system that turns interest into enquiries.
B2B buyers spend just 17% of their time meeting with potential suppliers — the rest of the decision happens while they research online. If you're not visible and credible there, you're not in the running.
Who this is for
✓ A good fit if…
- Your brand and website don't reflect how good you are
- You rely entirely on word of mouth and repeat work
- You want to reach bigger or better customers
- You've had a bad run with generic agencies
- You have no consistent presence or lead generation
✗ Maybe not yet if…
- You genuinely can't take on any more work
- You want overnight results with no follow-through

Marketing FAQs
Do you understand manufacturing, or is this generic marketing?
Manufacturing is our focus. We understand industrial buyers, tender processes and capability statements — so the marketing speaks the language of the people you're trying to win, not consumers.
Can you just do the website, or is it all-or-nothing?
You can start wherever you need — a website refresh, a brand tidy-up, or a full marketing engine. We'll recommend the highest-impact starting point on the review call.
How does this connect to your CRM service?
Directly. The marketing brings people in; our GoHighLevel setup captures and follows them up automatically so nothing slips through. They work best together.
How quickly will we see results?
Brand and website improvements land immediately in how you're perceived. Lead generation builds over time — it's a system, not a switch, and we're upfront about that.

A manufacturing-focused CRM and automation platform we set up, customise and support — so no lead or follow-up ever slips through the cracks.
How many quotes have gone cold this month?
Most manufacturers are brilliant at the work and hopeless at follow-up — not through laziness, but because everyone's flat out. A quote goes out, the customer doesn't reply, and it's forgotten. An enquiry comes in through the website and sits in an inbox for three days. A past customer who'd happily buy again never hears from you. Every one of those is money left on the table.
GoHighLevel is a powerful all-in-one CRM, marketing and automation platform — but its power is wasted if it's not set up around your business. That's where we come in. As GoHighLevel specialists, we build and run the whole system for you, so every lead is captured, every follow-up happens automatically, and every relationship stays warm — without you or your team lifting a finger.
Contact a lead within 5 minutes and you're 21× more likely to qualify it than if you wait 30. Instant, automated follow-up is exactly what a CRM delivers.

CRM & automation FAQs
Do we have to manage GoHighLevel ourselves?
No — this is done-for-you. We set it up, run it and support it. You get the results without having to become a software expert. We'll train your team on the parts they need, and handle the rest.
We already have GoHighLevel but barely use it. Can you help?
Absolutely — that's very common. We can audit your existing account, fix the setup, build the automations you're missing and get you actually using what you're paying for.
Will it replace our other tools?
Often it replaces several — separate CRM, email marketing, booking and form tools all rolled into one. We'll map what you're using and show you what it consolidates.
What does it cost?
One flat fee of US$129/month, billed monthly and cancel anytime — see the pricing section above. That includes the full GoHighLevel platform plus our manufacturing-specific setup, onboarding, agency support and ongoing account management. No lock-in contract.

Clarity, structure and accountability for owners and managers who are carrying the whole business on their shoulders.
When everything runs through you, the business can't grow
Running a manufacturing business is relentless — quoting, production, staff, cash flow, customers, all landing on you at once. Most owners are so deep in the day-to-day that they never get to the handful of things that would actually move the business forward. The business stays busy, the owner stays exhausted, and nothing really changes.
It's also lonely. You're the one making every big call, usually with no one to talk it through with who actually understands the business.
Business coaching gives you that person — a regular sounding board and someone to hold you accountable to the things you keep saying you'll get to. We help you cut through the noise, set clear priorities, make better decisions and build the structure that lets the business run without you touching every detail.
Companies that invest in coaching see a median return of 7× — through better performance, productivity, accountability and retention. The right outside perspective pays for itself.
Who business coaching is for

- You're the bottleneck and can't step away
- You're busy but not moving the business forward
- You've no one to talk decisions through with
- You keep meaning to fix things and never get to them
- You want structure, focus and accountability
✗ Maybe not yet if…
- You're not open to changing how you work
- You want someone to run the business for you

Leadership — You lead proactively with a clear direction, rather than reacting to whatever lands on your desk.
Accountability — Your team takes real ownership and follows through without being chased.
Team performance — Your team performs consistently without you having to step in.
Meeting rhythm — You have a regular meeting rhythm that keeps everyone aligned and on track.
Decision making — Decisions are made quickly and at the right level, not all funnelled through you.
Delegation — You've genuinely delegated responsibility, not just tasks.
KPIs — You track clear KPIs and know how the business is performing at a glance.
Culture — You have a strong culture where people are engaged and pull in the same direction.
Planning — You work to a clear plan with goals, rather than lurching from week to week.

Real accountability
The things you keep meaning to do actually get done, because someone's checking in.
Business coaching FAQs
How often would we meet?
Typically fortnightly or monthly, depending on what you need and where the business is at. We'll agree a rhythm that keeps momentum without adding to your load.
Do you understand manufacturing specifically?
Yes — that's the whole point of MGH. You're not explaining the basics of your industry to a generalist coach; we understand the pressures of running a manufacturing operation.
Is this the same as growth consulting?
They overlap but differ in focus. Coaching is about you as the owner — clarity, decisions, accountability and leadership. Growth consulting is a deeper dive into the commercial mechanics of the business. Many clients combine the two.

Develop supervisors and managers who can lead a team, hold standards and take real responsibility off your plate.
Great tradespeople aren't automatically great leaders
Think about how your supervisors and leading hands got their jobs. Almost always, they were the best on the tools — so they got promoted. But being good at the work and being good at leading people are two completely different skills, and no one ever taught them the second one.
Left unsupported, that gap shows up everywhere: mixed messages, standards that slip depending on who's supervising, good people leaving because of how they're managed, and the owner still being dragged into every problem because no one else can handle it.
We coach your leaders to actually lead — setting clear expectations, having the hard conversations, developing their people and holding accountability — so you can genuinely trust them to run their part of the business.
Managers account for at least 70% of the variance in team engagement. Your leaders make or break performance, retention and culture — so developing them pays off everywhere.
Who leadership coaching is for
✓ A good fit if…
- You've promoted good workers into leadership roles
- Standards vary depending on who's supervising
- Your leaders avoid difficult conversations
- You're still pulled in to solve problems they should handle
- You're losing good people to poor management
✗ Maybe not yet if…
- The person isn't willing to grow into the role
- The issue is the wrong person, not a skills gap
How effective is your leadership?
Rate yourself across ten areas of leadership. You'll get a Leadership Score out of 100, your strongest traits, your biggest blind spots, and personalised development recommendations.
Vision & Strategy — You set a clear vision and translate it into a strategy your team understands.
Communication — You communicate clearly and consistently, so expectations are always understood.
Accountability — You hold people accountable and follow through, fairly and consistently.
Delegation — You delegate outcomes and trust your team to deliver, without micromanaging.
Decision Making — You make timely, confident decisions at the right level.
Time Management — You protect time for high-value leadership work, not just the urgent.
Team Development — You actively coach and grow your people.
Performance Management — You set standards and have regular, honest performance conversations.
Culture — You deliberately shape the culture and model the behaviours you want.
Continuous Improvement — You regularly review and improve how the team works.
A guide only — but an honest snapshot of where your leadership is strong and where to focus next.
The skills that separate a boss from a leader
Communication
Clear, consistent communication that keeps the team aligned and reduces mistakes and frustration.
Standards & accountability
Setting expectations and holding people to them fairly — so quality and safety don't depend on who's watching.
Difficult conversations
The confidence to address performance and conflict early, before small issues become big ones.
Delegation
Handing over work properly, so leaders build their team's capability instead of doing everything themselves.
Developing people
Coaching and growing their own team — the multiplier that lifts the whole operation.
Leading through change
Keeping the team steady and onside when things shift, from new systems to new customers.
Practical coaching, on the ground
Understand the team
We get to know your leaders, the team dynamics and the specific challenges they're facing day to day.
One-on-one coaching
Regular sessions with your leaders, focused on real situations they're dealing with — not abstract theory.
Apply & practise
They put new skills to work between sessions, with support to handle the tough moments.
Embed the habits
Over time the new approach becomes how they lead — and it shows in the team's performance.
Leadership coaching FAQs
Who do you coach — owners or the team?
Usually your supervisors, leading hands and managers — the people running teams day to day. We also coach owners on leading their leaders. We'll work out the right focus with you.
Is it group training or one-on-one?
Primarily one-on-one, because that's where real behaviour change happens. We can add group sessions or workshops where it makes sense for your team.
How long before we see a difference?
Small shifts show up quickly as leaders start handling situations differently. Lasting change in how someone leads takes a few months of consistent coaching and practice.

Find, attract and keep the skilled people your manufacturing business needs — from the shop floor to the management team.
A bad hire costs far more than the wage
Skilled staff are one of the hardest things to find in manufacturing right now. Roles sit open for months, production is stretched, and the pressure to just hire someone leads to expensive mistakes. A bad hire costs you in wasted wages, lost productivity, the time your best people spend covering and re-training, and the hit to morale when it doesn't work out.
Generic recruiters who've never set foot in a workshop struggle here — they can't tell a genuinely capable candidate from a good talker, and they don't understand what the role actually demands. We recruit specifically for manufacturers, screening for the practical skills, reliability and attitude that matter on the floor.
of Australian trades occupations were in national shortage in 2023 — with metal fitters and machinists among the hardest roles to fill.
What is a bad hire really costing you?

Recruitment FAQs
What roles do you recruit for?
Across manufacturing — trade and skilled, technical, operational and leadership roles. If you're not sure whether we cover a particular position, just ask.
How is this different from a general recruiter?
We understand the work. We know what separates a capable tradesperson from someone who interviews well, and we screen for it — so your shortlist is genuinely fit for the job.
How long does it take to fill a role?
It depends on the role and the market, but we move quickly once the brief is clear. We'll give you a realistic expectation upfront rather than over-promise.
What are your fees?
Our recruitment pricing is fixed and transparent — see the pricing table above. There's an upfront payment plus a successful placement fee that varies by the level of role, and workforce, technical and leadership placements include a 3-month replacement guarantee.
Connect ProjeX
The marketplace that helps manufacturers find suppliers and win work. Advertise jobs directly to your own suppliers, to an open marketplace of thousands of manufacturing and trades businesses, or both at once — then manage quotes, RFIs and quality documents in one place.
Feast or famine — the manufacturer's curse
Every manufacturer knows the cycle. One month you're flat out, turning away work and stretching your team to breaking point. The next, the shop's quiet, machines are idle and you're chasing anything to keep everyone busy. Meanwhile the fabricator across town has the exact opposite problem at the exact same time.
Connect ProjeX fixes that. It helps manufacturers build stronger supplier networks, source overflow capacity and manage subcontractors — so your capacity always matches your workload. When you're slammed, pass work on to trusted partners. When you're quiet, pick up overflow from others.
It's more than a directory. It's a managed network that helps you find trusted partners, keep track of who does what, and take on bigger projects with the confidence that you've got the capacity behind you.
"The red tape used to do our head in. Now the jobs are clear, we know what we're walking into, and we don't chase approvals or play email ping pong. We've picked up solid work and it's just easier across the board."
Three ways to advertise. One marketplace.
Post a job to exactly the right audience — your own trusted suppliers, the open marketplace, or both — and manage the whole process in one place.
Advertise to your suppliers
Post work directly to your existing, trusted suppliers in a couple of clicks.
Advertise to the marketplace
Reach an open marketplace of thousands of manufacturing and trades businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
Advertise to both at once
Cover all bases — reach your own suppliers and the wider marketplace in a single post.

✗ Maybe not yet if…

Supply Chain Health Check
Five quick questions on how resilient your supplier network is. You'll get a Supply Chain Health Score out of 100, your biggest gaps, and how Connect ProjeX would close them.
1. How many approved suppliers do you have per key process?
2. Have you turned down work due to capacity in the last 12 months?
3. How long does it take to find a new supplier?
4. Do you have backup suppliers for critical work?
5. How often do customers ask for work you can't complete internally?
A guide only — but a fast way to see how exposed your supply chain is, and where Connect ProjeX helps.

Connect ProjeX FAQs
Isn't this just handing work to competitors?
It's the opposite of losing it. When you're full, passing work to a trusted partner keeps the customer with you instead of sending them off to find someone else who might keep them. And when you're quiet, that overflow flows back your way.
How do you make sure partners are reliable?
The network is built around trusted, vetted manufacturers rather than an open free-for-all. Building dependable relationships is the whole point.
What kind of businesses are on it?
Thousands of manufacturing and trades businesses across Australia and New Zealand — from fabricators and engineers to specialist trades — so you can find both the work and the suppliers you need.
What does it cost to join?
It's free to create an account. On the free supplier plan you only pay when you win a job, and can apply for up to three jobs a month. The paid supplier plan is A$99/month for unlimited applications. Advertising your own jobs is unlimited.

Custom Software Development
When off-the-shelf doesn't fit, we build software around the way your business actually works.
Stop bending your business around generic software
Every manufacturing business has processes that don't fit neatly into off-the-shelf software — a way of quoting, scheduling, tracking jobs or managing quality that's specific to how you work. Force your business to bend around generic tools and you end up with workarounds, double-entry, exported spreadsheets and knowledge trapped in one person's head.
Sometimes the right answer is a tool built for you. We design and build custom software, dashboards and integrations that fit your operation exactly — powered by the same development capability behind CompliHub and Connect ProjeX, pointed at your specific problem.
Up to 45% of the activities people are paid to do could be automated with today's technology. For most manufacturers, that's hours of manual admin every week you could win back.
Tools that fit, not tools you fight
Operational tools
Custom job-tracking, quoting, scheduling and production tools built around your actual workflow.
Dashboards & reporting
Real-time visibility of the numbers that matter, pulled together from the systems you already use.
Integrations
Connect your existing systems so data flows automatically instead of being re-keyed by hand.
Workflow automation
Automate the repetitive, manual steps that eat your team's time and cause errors.
Customer & supplier portals
Give customers and suppliers a professional, self-service way to interact with your business.
Extensions
Extend CompliHub, Connect ProjeX or your existing platforms with capability specific to you.
Who this is for
✓ A good fit if…
- A key process just won't fit any off-the-shelf tool
- Your team wastes hours on manual, repetitive tasks
- Your systems don't talk to each other
- Critical knowledge lives in spreadsheets or someone's head
- You have a specific idea that could save real time or money
✗ Maybe not yet if…
- A standard product would do the job perfectly well
- The process isn't defined enough to build against yet
How much time could you save through automation?
Manual admin, double data entry and paperwork quietly eat hours every week. Enter your numbers to see the time and money the right software could win back.

Built properly, step by step
Understand the problem
We dig into what you're actually trying to solve — often the real problem isn't the one you first describe.
Scope & design
We define exactly what to build, keep it lean, and agree a clear scope and cost before any code is written.
Build & test
We develop in stages, showing you progress and getting your feedback so it ends up genuinely usable.
Launch & support
We roll it out, train your team and support it over time as your needs evolve.
Custom software FAQs
Isn't custom software expensive?
It can be, which is why we start by checking whether an off-the-shelf tool would do the job — if it would, we'll tell you. When custom genuinely is the answer, we scope it tightly to solve the specific problem cost-effectively, rather than building a sprawling system you don't need.
Will we be locked in or dependent on you?
We build to be maintainable and we're transparent about how it works. The goal is to solve your problem, not to trap you.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Usually, yes — connecting the tools you already run is one of the most common and valuable things we do.
How do we know if our idea is worth building?
That's exactly what the first conversation is for. Tell us the problem and we'll give you an honest view on whether custom software is the right answer and what it would take.
